\"\ud83d\udd0d\" \u00c9tape 1 \u2014 Identifier le type de Mac<\/h2>\n

Avant toute intervention, il faut savoir \u00e0 quel type de Mac vous avez affaire. Ce n’est pas la m\u00eame proc\u00e9dure selon le cas.<\/p>\n

Comment identifier la puce du Mac ?<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Cliquer sur le menu Pomme<\/strong> \"\ud83c\udf4e\" (en haut \u00e0 gauche de l’\u00e9cran)<\/li>\n
  2. Cliquer sur \u00ab\u00a0\u00c0 propos de ce Mac\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Regarder la ligne \u00ab\u00a0Puce\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> ou \u00ab\u00a0Processeur\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    \"\u26a0\ufe0f\" Pourquoi \u00e7a ne marche pas sur les Macs r\u00e9cents ?<\/h2>\n

    Les Macs avec puce Apple (M1, M2, M3\u2026) utilisent une architecture diff\u00e9rente des anciens Macs Intel. Adobe AIR a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour Intel. Sur les nouveaux Macs, un programme de compatibilit\u00e9 appel\u00e9 Rosetta 2<\/strong> est n\u00e9cessaire pour faire le pont \u2014 mais il n’est pas toujours install\u00e9 par d\u00e9faut.<\/p>\n

    Sympt\u00f4mes typiques :<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • L’installeur Adobe AIR plante ou affiche une erreur<\/li>\n
    • Le fichier .air<\/code> ne s’ouvre pas<\/li>\n
    • Le terminal retourne No such file: Adobe AIR.framework<\/code><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n

      \"\ud83d\udee0\ufe0f\" Proc\u00e9dure compl\u00e8te \u2014 Mac Apple Silicon (puce M)<\/h2>\n

      Ce dont vous avez besoin<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • L’acc\u00e8s au Mac du client<\/li>\n
      • Le mot de passe administrateur<\/strong> du Mac (demandez-le au client)<\/li>\n
      • Les deux fichiers t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9s :\n
          \n
        • Le runtime Adobe AIR : AdobeAIRInstallerMac.dmg<\/code><\/li>\n
        • L’application : xxxxx.air<\/code><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n

          \u00c9tape A \u2014 T\u00e9l\u00e9charger les fichiers<\/h3>\n

          T\u00e9l\u00e9charger les deux fichiers suivants sur le Mac du client :<\/p>\n

            \n
          • Runtime AIR (moteur) : http:\/\/tv1.eazyradio.fr\/updates\/AdobeAIRInstallerMac.dmg<\/code><\/li>\n
          • Application : http:\/\/r1.eazyradio.fr\/updates\/xxxxx.air<\/code> (remplacer xxxxx par la version concern\u00e9e)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            \n

            \u00c9tape B \u2014 Ouvrir le Terminal<\/h3>\n

            Le Terminal est un outil qui permet de taper des commandes directement sur le Mac.<\/p>\n

              \n
            1. Appuyer simultan\u00e9ment sur cmd<\/code><\/strong> + espace<\/code><\/strong><\/li>\n
            2. Taper Terminal<\/code><\/strong> dans la barre de recherche<\/li>\n
            3. Appuyer sur Entr\u00e9e<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Une fen\u00eatre noire (ou blanche selon le Mac) appara\u00eet. C’est le Terminal.<\/p>\n

              \n

              \u00c9tape C \u2014 Installer Rosetta 2<\/h3>\n
              \n

              \"\u26a0\ufe0f\" Cette \u00e9tape est uniquement n\u00e9cessaire sur les Macs Apple Silicon<\/strong> (puce M).
              Si Rosetta est d\u00e9j\u00e0 install\u00e9, la commande le d\u00e9tectera et ne fera rien de n\u00e9gatif.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

              Dans le Terminal, copier-coller exactement<\/strong> la commande suivante puis appuyer sur Entr\u00e9e<\/strong> :<\/p>\n

              softwareupdate --install-rosetta --agree-to-license\n<\/code><\/pre>\n
              Le Mac demande peut-\u00eatre le mot de passe administrateur<\/strong> (taper \u00e0 l’aveugle, rien ne s’affiche, c’est normal) puis Entr\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
              Attendre le message :<\/p>\n
              Install of Rosetta 2 finished successfully\n<\/code><\/pre>\n
              \"\u2705\" Rosetta 2 est install\u00e9.<\/p>\n
              \n
              \u00c9tape D \u2014 Installer Adobe AIR<\/h3>\n
                \n
              1. Ouvrir le fichier AdobeAIRInstallerMac.dmg<\/code> t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9tape A<\/li>\n
              2. Suivre les instructions d’installation<\/li>\n
              3. Si une erreur appara\u00eet pendant l’installation : ce n’est pas grave, continuer quand m\u00eame<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                \n
                \u00c9tape E \u2014 Supprimer le blocage de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/h3>\n
                macOS bloque par d\u00e9faut les logiciels t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9s depuis internet. Il faut lever ce blocage manuellement.<\/p>\n
                Dans le Terminal, taper les commandes suivantes une par une<\/strong>, en appuyant sur Entr\u00e9e<\/strong> apr\u00e8s chacune :<\/p>\n
                Commande 1 :<\/strong><\/p>\n
                cd \/Library\/Frameworks\n<\/code><\/pre>\n
                Commande 2 :<\/strong><\/p>\n
                sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine \"Adobe AIR.framework\"\n<\/code><\/pre>\n
                \n
                Le Mac demande le mot de passe administrateur<\/strong> du client. Taper \u00e0 l’aveugle (rien ne s’affiche \u00e0 l’\u00e9cran, c’est normal) puis Entr\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
                Si aucun message d’erreur n’appara\u00eet \u2192 \"\u2705\" tout va bien, continuer.<\/p>\n
                \n
                \u00c9tape F \u2014 Installer l’application .air<\/code><\/h3>\n
                  \n
                1. Double-cliquer sur le fichier xxxxx.air<\/code> t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9tape A<\/li>\n
                2. L’installation se lance automatiquement<\/li>\n
                3. Une ic\u00f4ne de l’application appara\u00eet sur le bureau<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                  \n
                  \u00c9tape G \u2014 V\u00e9rifier le bon fonctionnement<\/h3>\n
                    \n
                  1. Double-cliquer sur l’ic\u00f4ne de l’application sur le bureau<\/li>\n
                  2. Entrer les identifiants client (disponibles sur Admin 2, fiche client en haut \u00e0 droite)<\/li>\n
                  3. V\u00e9rifier que les donn\u00e9es s’affichent correctement<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                    \"\u2705\" Installation termin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n
                    \n
                    \"\ud83e\uddef\" En cas de probl\u00e8me<\/h2>\n
                    No such file: Adobe AIR.framework<\/code> apr\u00e8s l’\u00e9tape E<\/h3>\n
                    L’installation du DMG (\u00e9tape D) n’a pas fonctionn\u00e9. Recommencer l’\u00e9tape D, puis l’\u00e9tape E.<\/p>\n
                    Pour v\u00e9rifier si AIR est bien install\u00e9, taper dans le Terminal :<\/p>\n
                    ls \/Library\/Frameworks\n<\/code><\/pre>\n
                    La ligne Adobe AIR.framework<\/code> doit appara\u00eetre dans la liste. Si elle est absente, recommencer l’\u00e9tape D.<\/p>\n
                    \n
                    Le fichier .air<\/code> ne s’ouvre pas au double-clic<\/h3>\n
                    Faire un clic droit<\/strong> sur le fichier .air<\/code> \u2192 \u00ab\u00a0Ouvrir avec\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> \u2192 \u00ab\u00a0Adobe AIR Application Installer\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
                    \n
                    Toujours bloqu\u00e9 ?<\/h3>\n
                    V\u00e9rifier que le Mac est bien Apple Silicon<\/strong> (\u00e9tape 1) et non Intel. Si c’est Intel et que \u00e7a ne marche pas, appliquer la proc\u00e9dure standard habituelle sans l’\u00e9tape Rosetta.<\/p>\n
                    Si le probl\u00e8me persiste, escalader en interne avec :<\/p>\n
                      \n
                    • Le mod\u00e8le exact du Mac (ex : Mac mini M2, MacBook Air M1\u2026)<\/li>\n
                    • La version de macOS (menu Pomme > \u00c0 propos de ce Mac)<\/li>\n
                    • Une capture d’\u00e9cran du Terminal avec les erreurs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
